Despite the manufacturers' and our best efforts, sometimes the unexpected happens and you'll need to replace your product.
How claims work
Manufacturers handle warranty claims directly, but we'll do our best to assist you — including providing shipping boxes for warranty returns and helping you complete claim forms.
Claims go through the individual manufacturer (DeMarini, Easton, Rawlings, Mizuno, Louisville Slugger, Wilson, Victus, and others). Check the manufacturer's website for coverage details and timeframes.
